No ads · no tracking · your data is never sold
Your training, all of it, in one history.
You already log your lifts in Hevy, your runs on Strava, and the rest on your phone. Hirdfit is where all of it lands — one history, charted, with a coach that has actually seen your sets.
Closed testing. Anyone can create an account, but it stays locked until an admin approves it. Hirdfit is a web app today — it is not on Google Play or the App Store.
One training history
Four ways in. Nothing is ever written back.
Hevy
Every set you logged, exactly as you logged it — weight, reps, set type, RPE. Warm-ups stay visible but don't inflate your volume. The first sync brings in your whole history.
Strava
Runs, rides, walks and everything else cardio: distance, moving time and heart rate. Calories don't come across — Strava doesn't hand them over.
Your phone
On Android, Hirdfit reads the workouts, heart rate, distance, calories and steps your phone is already collecting — the last 90 days of them.
By hand
Full fidelity, not a fallback. Set-by-set strength logging with a live tracker, cardio with heart rate, sets prefilled from the last time you did the exercise, and up to three reusable routines.
More integrations are on the way.
Recorded twice? Counted once.
A watch that auto-uploads to Strava and a Hevy log of the same session collapse into a single entry. Heart rate and calories from the duplicate fill the gaps in the one that's kept, and nothing is thrown away.

AI coach
A coach that has read your sets.
Ask whether your squat is actually moving and the answer comes from your own sessions — your sets, your estimated maxes, your gaps — not from generic advice. It reads your training; it can't change it.
Running routes
Say how far. Get a loop back to the door.
Pick a distance and a start point — where you are, or anywhere you tap on the map — and Hirdfit finds routes that come back to it. Save the ones worth running again.
Body
Track the two numbers you care about.
Weight, body fat and eleven measurement sites — from neck to calf. Log the ones you care about and leave the rest empty; whatever you fill in gets charted over time.
Premium
Ask Claude about your training.
Connect the assistant you already use to a read-only view of your workouts and measurements, and work with your training there instead of in one more app. Premium also unlocks unlimited route generation, unlimited routines and the Progress screen with strength trends and personal records.
Checkable, not badged
Run by one person. Nothing about you is sold.
Every company that ever touches your data is named publicly, so you don't have to take any of this on faith.
See who has access →- No ads. No trackers. Nothing watching how you use the app.
- Your data is never sold, and it is never used to build a profile of you.
- Nobody else can see your training. There is no feed, no friends and no sharing.
- Your Strava activities never reach any AI feature. Strava's terms forbid it, so the coach simply doesn't see them. Your own lists and charts are unaffected.
- Export everything in one file, or delete your account and its data — both from inside the app, no email required.
Pricing
The core app is free. Premium and the coach are what cost anything.
Logging, syncing, measurements, charts and data export stay free. Premium is a subscription for the extras; the AI coach runs on prepaid credits, billed at what each answer actually cost — never an estimate.
